Within our Lettings department we have a specially

examinations and courses through the governing
bodies of both ARLA and the NAEA. Therefore

Letting Appraisal
Firstly we need to visit the property that you intend to let. At this point we
can give you an accurate rental appraisal, discuss relevant comparables, and
agree on an effective marketing strategy to suit your needs.
Your property will be widely advertised and marketed through the
following means:-

• Listing of your property on our colour lettings lists of which are available
in every regional office.

remind both the Landlord and prospective Tenants of scheduled appointments.
Services We Offer
Peter Reglar & Company offer three levels of
service which are outlined as follows:-
* Introductory Service (10%)
- Promote your property.
- Carrying out accompanied viewings
when required.
- Comprehensive referencing on all
prospective Tenants.
- Preparing the Tenancy Agreement.
- Collect initial cleared funds.
- Organising for required Landlords gas/
electric safety certificate. (fee applicable)
* Rent Collection (12%)
- The same service as above with the
inclusion of collecting the monthly rent
and chasing any arrears up to court action.
* Fully Management (15%)
- Rent collection - plus:
- Dealing with day to day management issues.
- Arranging for any necessary repairs with
approved contractors.
- Carry out periodic inspections.
- Organise the annual gas/elec safety certificate.
- Arrange an inventory check in and checkout.
