Mortgage Calculator
How much can you borrow?
Use the calculator on the left to find out how much a lender may be likely to lend you based upon the incomes of you and your partner.
Mortgages are subject to status and are not available to persons under the age of 18. This is not a guarantee of the amount you can borrow and is subject to confirmation of your income from your employers/accountants. If you have been in arrears/defaulted or have a CCJ it may not be possible to arrange finance. If income is derived from basic, commission, overtime etc. all this income may not be guaranteed by your employers and the loan amount may therefore be substantially less than quoted.
What will it cost?
Use the calculator on the lower left to see how much a loan is likely to cost in monthly repayments. You can vary the amount, the interest rate and the term. The calculator will show you the different costs for an interest only and an interest and capital repayment loan.
The interest payments in these calculations are based on the assumption that the lenders calculate interest on a daily basis and that the interest is added to the mortgage monthly rather than annually. All lenders do not make their calculations on this basis and therefore the monthly payments can vary.
